How can i book a consult?
You can book a consult through the “Book a Consultation” button on the upper right corner. You can also visit the Talk page to know more about our ELUVO Specialists.
What services do you offer?
We offer the whole suite of medical services beginning from teleconsult, testing, to treatment (Talk-Test-Treat!). Your dedicated team of Eluvo doctors will guide you through the best approach to your needs.
How much does a consult cost?
A consult with ELUVO healthcare provider starts at Php 780+. Consultation fee may differ depending on specialist preferred.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via credit/ debit card, GCash, online transfer, or bank transfer.
When will I get my confirmed schedule?
Your schedule should be immediately confirmed upon booking. You will receive an email containing details of your appointment.
Can I choose my doctor?
By default, your doctor is chosen by available schedule. However, if you have a preference, feel free to let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request
I need to reschedule my consult. Who can I message?
For matters concerning consultation, contact us at connect@eluvohealth.com or coordinator@eluvohealth.com. We hope you let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
How do I prepare for my consult?
Be there 10 minutes before. Please have a government ID with you for verification. Be camera-ready!
Do I need to turn on my camera?
Yes, switching on your camera helps us to identify you, as well as engage with you in order to give you the best teleconsult possible.
Do you provide prescriptions?
Yes! A prescription should be in your email inbox within 1-2 hours from your consult, if applicable.
Where is your clinic located?
Currently, we are operating via online setup. Stay tuned through our socials for updates on when we will launch our physical clinic!
Where will the tests be conducted?
For now, point of care services will be done from the comfort of your home. Our team will go see you at your given address to do your tests!
What do I prepare for my tests?
It depends on the service or test requested. Don’t worry, our healthcare coordinator will let you know what you need before the day!
