Nutrition Program
This is your roadmap to recovery, rejuvenation, and resilience after childbirth. We understand that a woman’s body, mind, and mental health undergo changes that are joyous, yet challenging. We’ll be with you every step of the way!
This is a seven week program inclusive of 60-120 minutes of one group session per week with our Nutritionist. Together with her, and others who are experiencing similar challenges with food, you will be able to share insight and gain support in a safe space.
There will be a maximum of 6 participants per group.
